Pros +
- They prepared extra towel for me, which I asked for last time I stayed this hotel. I arrived in the middle of the night after work, but it definitely made my night !I like the atmosphere of the room, and the view is nice too. I’ll definitely stay again.
- Good location.Clean lobby.
- The hotel is great. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. There are a lot of good restaurants around, and getting to a metro stop is not too bad. Maybe a block or two. I honestly wish I had booked at a hotel closer to Nagoya Station because I was mainly traveling outside of Nagoya, but that's not the hotel's problem. It's just an FYI that it's a few subway stops away, so you need to walk to the subway, wait, and get on the train and travel to Nagoya station, which takes time. The staff was great. Lots of tour groups from China or some other Asian country were there, so it was quite crowded, but at the same time, it was quiet in the room, so no complaints. They also had laundry machines so it was great.
Cons -
- There are only a few toiletries, the bathroom was a little bit dirty, there were a lot of molds and dirt around the bathtub area, we had a baby and a toddler with us, so hot water was a must, but the kettle was a little bit dirty, i had to wash it first before i was able to use it. since we had a baby and toddler with us, we had a lot of baggage to bring but the space was not recommendable with a toddler at all, the space between the bed and tv was so tight, i was afraid my baby will hit her head oh the corners. Also the breakfast was not kids friendly at all, the choices were also few.
- The breakfast could be a bit better. It was ok, but not as good as other hotels I stayed at. Nothing to complain about, really, just nothing special.
- It took us quite a bit to walk to the nearest train station.

The room was new, clean and spacious. The location was also great!
It took us quite a bit to walk to the nearest train station.
Accessible to subway and trains. Quiet area despite of fronting the street
Limited choices of coffee, only instant coffee are available, no freshly grind or drip coffee. The bidet is a bit dirty
The price is reasonable and the room was vey cleaned. Has a nice view from the room and located on the main road!
Want some more variety for the breakfast but it was all delicious!
Breakfast was abundant though repetitive for the 7 days of stay. But the dinners were good and gave us the option to stay in on the cold nights . Staff were helpful and efficient . Rooms were ok, though it felt a bit tight, was comfortable . Location is great, central to most sights and destinations.
While there was daily replenishment of clean towels, water , robes and clearing of trash bins, no further room cleaning was done. Not a major issue but would have been great if done on our third day
The staff were helpful and efficient. The location is central to many staff guts, and lots of dining places nearby, room while a bit tight was quite comfortable, complete with facilities like ref, safe, toiletries . Breakfast was plentiful , although most offerings were repeated ver the 7 days, the best thing was the dinner service which was a great option on cold nights. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
I stayed at this hotel in Nagoya and honestly, the location is just amazing. It’s super easy to get to Nagoya Castle, the best yakiniku spots, and pretty much anywhere you want to go. And for places that are a bit too far to walk, taxis or the subway make getting around really quick and easy. I totally fell in love with this city, and staying at such a good hotel definitely helped with that.Overall, a great stay in a great city. I’d happily stay here again.
The only minor downsides were the tiny table and the really, really small fridge (it was a struggle to even fit canes). But honestly, that’s something you can easily live with.
Affordable, nice and clean, great staff
Great location, close to the metro but also walkable to a lot of activities and nightlife. Beds were pretty comfortable and the room was modern and soundproof.
Not as much space for luggage storage in the room, so just plan accordingly
The location, nice hairdryer, luxurious showerhead, view of Mirai tower from the room.
The pillows were too thin and soft
The location in the middle of nagoya city, near sakae line and central of sakae,Its very nice,Front desk also fully helpful when i buy items online and send to the hotel, they very nice

Clean rooms. Good service and helpful staff. Central location.
New and modern - very clean. Location was convenient with restaurants and shopping just a block or two away - just far enough from the buzz.
Nothing at all.
Big and clean room. You can walk from the subway station.
Located between Hisaya-odori and Marunouchi. Actually access from Marunouchi is more convenient since the walking distance from Hisaya-odori is very long if you're taking the Meijo Line. The hotel provides a carton of water everyday. The location of the hotel is nice. Lots of attractions are within walking distance.
The refrigerator is EXTREMELY SMALL!!! It's only half the depth of a regular hotel fridge. Even a convenience store cold noodle can not be stored flat. The room is not spacious as well. No ideal supermarket nearby, though that might not be the fault of the hotel.
Great location, close to metro and other tourist spots. The staff were very accommodating! You can order food from the first floor, which was very nice for our first night stay after a long travel.
The hotel has a modern atmosphere. The room was bigger than expected, compared to Japanese standards. The headboard had a digital touch panel on the headboard that lets you control lighting and room temperature. There was also a couch in the room, which was a good addition. It’s in a quiet area, less foot traffic compared to other areas within Sakae. There are multiple convenience stores within the area. Closest subway station is Hisayaodori Station, which is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Amenities are available beside the reception area, which is a good addition, which makes it more convenient and welcoming to the guests. Drinking water provided everyday. It’s also close to a catholic church, Mikokoro Catholic Center. Staff are friendly and helpful.
A bit far from the shopping areas and restaurants in Sakae - it takes about 10 minutes to get to Sunshine Sakae. Room was a bit dusty on the first day of our stay but was sorted the following day.
An okay place to spend a couple nights
It was okay but didn’t feel very welcoming. The fridge was too small only big enough for bottles, there was no microwave, the window looked at a wall, and there was rumbling at night.
